The sunset backdrop at the beach bar was mesmerizing, creating a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the yachts coming in and out. It felt like a scene from a movie, where time slows down, and you're simply captivated by the beauty of the moment.

Hidden extras quickly add up.

Staying at this hotel was truly a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the spa, sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor Jacuzzi were top-notch and met our needs perfectly. Beach access was also a plus, as were the live entertainment and various massage services that were available. the treatment room was well-equipped, and we enjoyed relaxing in the spacious spa lounge. the infinity pool and garden area were stunning and provided a great atmosphere for unwinding and enjoying our surroundings.

While the hotel was mostly wonderful, we did have a minor negative experience with the dinner service. the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed at times and we encountered a bit of a wait and confusion with our orders.

The hotel's elegant and contemporary decor made me feel like I was living in a grand palace. The general areas were spacious and beautifully maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide doorways, comfortable seating areas, and gentle slopes that made it easy for me to move around without any trouble.

Better signage for the facilities could make the vacation even more enjoyable for senior people.

Lots of activities like water sports, golf, and tennis available. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food in the restaurants, especially the Thai dishes. Beautiful beach and many sunbeds available. Spacious and clean rooms.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the beach, several restaurants, and a pool with a depth of up to 3 meters. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the fishing and chips at the Captain's Bar.

We loved the amazing beach and clean pools. The staff was helpful and friendly. The variety of activities for kids was great. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

There were so many leisure adventures to enjoy, from horseback riding and golf to water sports like jet skiing. The Pirates & Mermaids kids' club was a real hit with the children - they had a blast on the exhilarating water slides, aqua tubes, and racer slides. The kids were well taken care of with a wide range of activities and services, ensuring they had a memorable and fun-filled stay.

My wife says that having more shaded areas near the pool for families with children would have been a great addition to the resort.

Excellent facilities and really good service. Good variety of food and drinks. Comfortable rooms, great views, and nice pools. Polite and helpful staff and free Wi-Fi.

Hotel location is a bit far from the main city center, but there is a shuttle service and taxis are available.

I recently stayed at Ja Beach Hotel for a relaxing weekend retreat. The location was perfect, with amazing restaurants and a wide food selection. The pools were clean, and the pool staff were amazing. The facilities were well maintained and the staff were friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the housekeeping was good, and the power shower was excellent. The hotel had two warm outdoor pools, as well as a beautiful beach for swimming. There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols available, and the staff were always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast offered a good variety of international choices, and the private transfer cars were clean and comfortable.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff helped me with transport. It suits me perfectly. It has everything I need including Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, beach access, and more. I always come back for a holiday.

I felt like I was in Italy at the stunning Italian restaurant with its amazing 360-degree views. The golf course was prestigious, hosting famous players. Endless activities and a delightful beachfront made my stay memorable.

Having to leave this paradise.

The sea view room was like a dream come true - waking up to the sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze was just pure bliss. The cozy balcony was my little sanctuary.

The only thing that didn't quite sit right with me was the limited vegetarian options at the on-site restaurant.
